Jason's Bio- Jason is a Licensed Oregon Principal Broker who has been providing professional Realtor services for many years.

Awarded TOP 1% of Realtors Nationally for John L. Scott Real Estate, Jason is also ranked the #1 Realtor in the City of Sherwood - having sold more real estate over any agent or company annually.

In addition to his professional real estate experience, Jason has purchased and sold many homes and investment properties and can provide his clients with that much more knowledge and sound advice during their transaction.

Prior to his career in Real Estate, Jason worked for nearly 10 years in the high tech industry right here in the Portland area. He managed multi-million dollar accounts and was a successful and respected Sales and Marketing/Program Manager.

Living in Sherwood with his wife and business partner, along with their 3 boys, Jason and his family are devoted to the community they love, live, serve and raise their children in. With each real estate transaction, The Gardner Team gives back through donations and sponsorships all year long that benefit a number of charitable organizations - this includes but is not limited to The John L. Scott Foundation, Sherwood Helping Hands, Sherwood youth sports programs, Sherwood Schools, Relay for Life, Crusin' Sherwood, the Sherwood Historical Society, Music on the Green, Sherwood Green Day and privately helping families in need.

The Gardner Team also organizes many seasonal events they hold each year. The weekend after Thanksgiving they host their Annual Christmas Tree Event at Sleighbells in Sherwood. They started this event in 2005. The last weekend in June they organize the Sherwood Community Garage Sale, the cities BIGGEST multi-neighborhood event which they started in 2004 and have grown annually.

Jason graduated High School in Cave Junction, Oregon and attended Clackamas Community College in the Portland Metro Area where he excelled in College Baseball and majored in Business Management.

Jason also belongs to the National Luxury Home Council and represents you as an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and John L. Scott Certified Luxury Portfolio Specialist.
