• The Gardner Family dreamed of starting their own foundation in 2006 through inspiration, passion and focus to help Sherwood Oregon schools, athletics, community needs, local residents and families. 

• The Gardner Team Foundation is a local foundation dedicated in loving memory of Amber's amazing grandparents, Paul & Lois Teel who made such a difference in the lives of many. 

• Funded by every home sold, the Gardner Team Foundation donates thousands of dollars each year throughout the community.  

• The Gardner Team Foundation is involved through every transaction of our business and encompasses our personal belief "Service Before Self" and "Giving Back" to the community we love, live, serve and raise our children in.

• With EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION, The Gardner Team donates a portion of their earnings directly to the John L. Scott Foundation which focuses on the wonderful children's hospitals throughout the local area.  When you choose The Gardner Team with John L. • Privately Helping Local Families.  We understand that while many people appreciate local support, they also value their privacy.  Our foundation carefully addresses both needs.  With great respect, we've helped raise thousands of dollars annually for deserving local families in need, quietly and without expecting anything in return.  Whether you have or know of a family, community, school or athletic need, please feel welcome to contact us about our foundation, mission and how the Gardner Team may be able to help. 

• U.S. Bank Benefit Fund.  We're honored to be a part of such a caring community that's willing to rally together to make a difference in the lives of others. The first part of this year, Gardner Team Real Estate organized a private drive that's helped raise over $2,500 for a wonderful Sherwood family faced with the unfortunate experience of medical hardship.  This account is still open and receiving donations.  If you'd like to help, you may contact us and we'll put you in touch with our representative at U.S. bank to make your tax deductible contribution.  Or, you may also inquire directly at U.S. Bank in Sherwood by simply asking for the "Benefit Fund by Gardner Team Real Estate."  The Gardner Team plans to continue their U.S. Bank Benefit program, sponsoring a local family in need with 100% of all funds raised going directly to the title recipient.   

• Gardner Team Tree Event - Annual holiday tree giving event for our clients & community at Sleighbells in Sherwood.
• Sherwood Public Schools - Giving annually to support our local schools, classrooms & fundraising events. 
• Sherwood Athletic Programs - Proud annual Bowmen & Sherwood Junior Baseball Sponsors. 
• Holiday Helping Hands -  Annually we support the Sherwood Helping Hands Organization by being a loyal sponsor. 
• Oregon Food Bank - We're a loyal supporter annually of the Oregon Food Bank.
• Neighborhood Support -  From beautification events to organizing & sponsoring large community garage sales annually. Community & Awareness - Annually we participate in supporting various city events and local benefits.
