Our Mission, to give back and help strengthen our community:
Being a family business founded upon helping people and families, we live and serve by the guiding principle "Service Before Self" - we feel it's not only the best way to live life to its fullest, but the right way to do business. With that, the Gardner Family believes in giving back to the community they love, live, serve and raise their children in.
With a passion and focus for helping Sherwood schools, athletics, community needs, local residents and families, the Gardner Team has made it their personal mission to give back with every transaction and has done so since they started in real estate several years ago.
Today, their successful real estate business allows them to give back thousands of dollars all year long to a number of charitable organizations and important programs. With every single transaction, they're simply doing their part to team up for a better tomorrow and strengthen the community.
Where We Give Back:
Our clients, community, schools and sports programs. In no particular order here's a few examples that include but are not limited where we give back. With every home sold a percentage or set amount is designated to sponsor and support these or other local programs.
- With EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION, The Gardner Team donates a portion of their earnings directly to the John L. Scott Foundation which focuses on the wonderful children's hospitals that provide care for kids in need right here in our local area.

U.S. Bank Benefit Fund. We're honored to be a part of such a caring community that's willing to rally together to make a difference in the lives of others. So far in 2010, Gardner Team Real Estate has organized a private drive that's helped raise nearly $5,000 for a wonderful Sherwood family faced with the unfortunate experience of medical crisis and over $1,000 for a community member mission trip to provide much needed aid in Haiti. These accounts are still open and receiving donations. If you'd like to help, you may contact us and we'll put you in touch with our representative at U.S. bank to make your contribution. Or, you may also inquire directly at U.S. Bank in Old Town Sherwood by simply asking about the Benefit Funds set up by Gardner Team Real Estate.
