Having been Heron Ridge residents for many years and still loving the community just the same, The Gardner Team has been organizing the neighborhood garage sale since the community was developed.  Now, Heron Ridge Homes together with the following participating neighborhoods - Conzelmann Farm Estates, Copper Ridge Estates, Renaissance Crest, Renaissance at Richen Park, Renaissance at Cedar Creek East, Renaissance at Cedar Creek West and Renaissance Glen consist of 100's of homes invited to participate in this event each year. 

Over the past 6 years The Gardner Team has organized and sponsored area garage sales in Sherwood, they’ve continued to grow each year with dozens of homes and/or multi-family sales participating.  Delivering heavy advertising and the convenience of so many participants, shoppers are able to visit the most number of garage sales in a small general area providing the convenience shoppers are looking for and results homeowners are after.

We look forward to helping our fellow neighbors clear out the clutter, make some extra cash and have an even bigger event year-over-year... And if you're a bargain hunter, you're gonna love the great finds when you shop Sherwood!
